Responsibilities

The responsibilities of Completion Engineer include:

The responsibilities of Well Servicing Superintendent include

1. Prepare working programs on future operations, including:
   Evaluation and selection of completion type, size and design specification
   * Establish design constraints and key selection criteria
   * Develop detailed specification details for key completion components
   * Develop fit for purpose QA/QC plans.
   * Review and develop suitable technology assessment programs for new technology considerations.
   * Evaluate cost benefit analysis for various well concepts
   * Establish component reliability requirements
   * Provide cost and schedule estimates for completion activities
   * Develop strategy for life of well intervention requirements and potential for well adaptation to future business requirements.
2.  Study and review the information, technical data, performance indicators and the results of work, generalize and classify them, make required calculations.
3.  Draw up the activities schedule, requisitions, orders, charts, diagrams and other technical documentation.
4. Organize, administer and assist in the work execution, abiding by *** Corporate Policy and Procedures, Statutory Health, Safety and Environmental and occupational sanitation regulations
5.  Develop scopes of work for study in support of the decision support packages for pre- sanction activities.
6.  Ensure completion strategy is robust, justifiable and reliably meets the business objectives.
7.  Develop programs and provide a technical and practical support for the programs implementation, abide by Health, Safety and Environmental regulations
8.  Draw up operations schedule, requisitions, orders, guidelines, charts, diagrams and other technical documentations. Exercise control and coordinate actions to timely and appropriately execute the works conducted by drilling rig and contractors.
9.  Study and review the information, technical data, performance indicators and the results of work, generalize and classify them, perform required calculations. Carry out feasibility study, fully justify decisions being made and implemented, promote the process of their preparation and implementation and provide required technical information, documentations, materials, equipment and etc.
10.  Promote introduction of state-of-the-art techniques and technologies to enhance the operations.
11. Participate in technical documentation assessment and drawing up the required review, reports and conclusions related to the work carried out. Audit documentation recorded at the job places, its completeness, compliance with corporate *** policy and safety regulations.
12. Explain *** policy statements and statutory Health, Safety Environmental regulations and occupational sanitation as well to Well Operations personnel and contractors; promote and enforce adherence of all the personnel to these procedures.
13.  Follow up the compliance with the statutory requirements, regulations, current norms, standards and rules.
14.  Analyze and summarize the work done, reveal deficiencies and propose corrective measures.
15.  Carry out risk assessment of each particular operation and communicate to the operation personnel.

 Participate in incidents and accidents investigation

Educational Requirements

Oil and Gas University or institute high education (technical). Have basic skill in Petroleum and Mechanical Engineering.

Experience Requirements

1. At least 8 years of experience in Completion design and pre-sanction activities.
2. Prior experience with high pressure and sour gas wells.
3. Experience in field with wells greater than 4000m.

Additional Requirements

1. Solid understanding of cost-effectiveness and general commercial business issues.
2. Knowledge of risk management, portfolio management and HSE management.
3. Knowledge of Decision Analysis and large capital project assurance procedures.
4. Knowledge of:
   organizational/management documentation, standards and technical procedures relating to the operational and business activities within the discipline
   * prospects for the technical development of the company
   * engineering requirements applied to work, carried out by rig operations unit
   * equipment and its operational regulations
   * procedure and practices of technical-economic and current production planning
   * types and practices of production and economic activities conducted by the unit
   * advanced domestic and foreign experience related to the similar jobs related to the discipline
