Visual Storytelling Manager


Job Summary

Zoe Communications requires the services of a Visual Storytelling Manager who conceives, sources, develops and produces content (videos, photographs, digital audio & high res graphics, etc.) to support internal, external and social media audiences.

Such a person must be confident and have the capacity to quickly create a rapport with leadership, employees and clients.

The Visual Storytelling Manager is responsible for overseeing, managing and coordinating logistic operations, set-up, equipment service and production logistics. This person is responsible for the management of the Zoe Communications audio/visual equipment and related systems.

 


Job overview and responsibilities:

 

· Conceive, edit and oversee all aspects of video production, photography and graphic designs for Zoe corporate communications and clients.

· Oversee the daily production's needs for Zoe Communications and her clients

· Supervise and ensure the setup, operation, and maintenance of all professional equipment in and out of the company premises. 

· Collaborate with other departments to position campaigns and other company projects

· Coordinate videographers, editors, location releases and approvals/clearances for all technical works

· Partner with corporate leadership to develop strategies and identify opportunities to reach and connect with institutions, businesses and other clients

· Lead/ manage production assistants

· Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures or assign employee training to experienced workers

 

Required

· Strong project management skills; creative, trustworthy, flexible, passionate and diligent; ability to interface with all levels of employees and executive management, including outside agencies and possess excellent communications skills

· Strategic thinker accomplished in executing and delivering compelling content. Team player, with a track record or leading a team with successful results. Ability to identify impactful stories and bring them to live independently, quickly and efficiently. A desire to create engaging content in an effort to connect customers to the brands Zoe Communications is promoting.

· 3- 5years of professional experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment managing a variety of projects; ability to direct and lead a diverse team of skilled creative professionals; strong interpersonal skills to interact with various levels of clients, including interfacing with all levels of employees, senior management and executives.
