We are looking for experienced tellers who will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer experience when dealing with customers transactions. Job purpose • Be responsible for processing all customers transactions and inquiries, accurately and in a timely manner. • Be able to handle high volumes of cash and respond to financial requests. • Using a computerized system, you will be responsible for many of the company's day-to-day routine and administrative tasks, working at the frontline to keep the branch running smoothly. Key Responsibilities As teller, you must be able to demonstrate customer service and cash handling experience. It is important that you have excellent communication and attention to details skills. You must also have an awareness of confidentiality and compliance issues. Strong understanding of retail banking transactions. • Knowledge and experience of retail banking, • Knowledge and experience of banking, finance, microfinance, • Knowledge and experience of remittance transactions, • Sales experience, • Bilingual, • Ability to take initiative and work in a team, • Excellent oral and written communication skills, • Problem-solving skills. • University degree in Banking and Finance with a minimum of three years of experience. • Highly customer-centric, • Highly trustworthy, • Initiative taking, • Can-do attitude, • Team-oriented, • Learning attitude, • Being confident, N.B.
