Talent Acquisition Manager

12 month FTC

Bristol / remote working

You will be part of the wider TA team within this Global Consulting Business.

The core purpose of this role is to manage the end to end recruitment process for Executive level Director vacancies within our Consulting Capability to facilitate exceptional client and candidate experience. The position reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition Operations.

Deliverables And Accountability

Work closely with TA Business Partners to understand current and predicted demand and business recruitment needs

Develop sourcing strategies and delivery plans to fulfil open vacancies and create talent pipelines for future needs

Work closely with Brand and Attraction counterparts

Add value to the business by building and sharing a thorough knowledge of the external market, trends and innovation and competitor activity in their functional area

Acts as a trusted advisor providing guidance to hiring managers at each stage of the recruitment process

Manage the end to end recruitment process including business briefing, candidate sourcing, candidate screening and facilitation of selection & assessment process and offer management

Work in close partnership with associated teams (e.g. Employment Law, Recruitment Operations, HR BPs) to ensure a smooth and efficient service to candidates and hiring managers

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at each stage of a candidate's journey

Essential Skills

Previous in-house recruitment management experience - with knowledge of professional services context and markets

Experience of recruiting at senior level professionals on a permanent basis

Able to support a diverse group of senior stakeholders - effective and persuasive communicator who seeks insight into the business and acts as an expert advisor

Champions the importance of policy and process compliance, data integrity, timely and accurate reporting and ensures they and others meet all required compliance standards

Demonstrates innovation in approach to problem solving and delivering service

Collaborative team player, who also seeks continuous self-improvement

Adapts well to an ever-changing landscape, demonstrates resilience, flexibility and urgency

Pro-active in sourcing suitable applicants leveraging technology/ networks / social media e.g. Linkedin sourcing.
