The Colleges' Partnership are recruiting for a Training Consultant/Recruiter to join our Business Development Team.
  • Identifying opportunites across a range of income streams
  • Developing sector specific sales and marketing plans for Apprenticeship recruitment
  • Developing and Maintaining customer relationships
  • Management of learner applications, including interview, matching with vacancies, and tracking through to enrolment
  • Managing apprentice vacancies
The Ideal Candidate Will Be Able To Demonstrate
  • Experience of business development activities, including sales and/or marketing
  • The ability to excel at building relationships
  • A dynamic, high energy and target driven personality
  • Empathy with potential apprentices
  • and ideally experience of job and/or apprenticeship recruitment
