Context

A company operating in the commercial sector, in particular in the representation and distribution of major brands of cosmetics and well known food products, researches for its development and its service needs 02 (two) MALE SALES REPRESENTATIVES in Douala.

 Starting date: Immediately

Mission:

Ø  Convey the brand image of the company

Ø  Do surveys

Ø  Go door to door to present the products

Ø  Showcase products

Ø  Know the market

Ø  Attract new consumers

Ø  Advise and make recommendations to local sellers

Ø  Establish a prospecting plan (physical travel, telephone exchanges, mailing, etc.) which should allow you to achieve the objectives that will be set 

Ø   Develop and boost sales of our services in defined areas 

Ø   Ensure the management of its client portfolio 

Ø   Prospect and convert customers 

Ø   Market technical services in B2C 

Ø   Develop and promote our services 

Ø   Develop turnover in the sectors that will be entrusted to you 

Ø   Build customer loyalty by listening and quality monitoring in the field 

Ø  Evaluate, identify the actions to be carried out according to each client

Ø   Ensure the reporting of activity (daily, weekly or monthly)

Ø   Provide after-sales service 

Ø   Ensure the old competition 

Ø   Work in accordance with the values ??of the company to strengthen our brand image;

Ø   Perform any other tasks assigned by the administration

Ø  Sell  

Skills

The following qualities, skills and knowledge are highly desirable:

·         Good physical presentation

·         Pragmatism: knowing how to be in line with the specific objectives and constraints of the company 

·         Ability to dialogue and negotiate with all departments and with clients 

·         Ability to manage teams and solve problems 

·         Should speak English fluently

·         Master the sale

·         Good oral expression

·         Physical endurance

 Profile: 

·         Experience: 01year in a similar position 

·         Minimum level of study: HND in marketing, commercial action, commerce, communication or in a similar fie
