GENERAL OBJECTIVES

Ensure the achievement of sales objectives I Define the sales and marketing strategy

 

l- FIELDS OF ACTIVITY: MARKETING, NEGOTIATION, SALES

1. Responsibilities

- Multifaceted customer prospecting

- Design and implementation of market expansion strategies - Development of sub-distributors throughout the national territory

- Product positioning and competitive intelligence

2. Global Missions

Design, implement and supervise weekly sales actions

Ensure the development of sub-distributors and other B2B customers

Organize and coordinate customer satisfaction surveys

Define the positioning plan of products in the face of competition

 

3. SPECIFIC MISSIONS

Prospect 20 to 30 customers per day

Develop 5 to 10 sub-distributors / month

Sell   at least 12,000L of lubricants per week

Sell   at least 48,000L of lubricants per month

 

4. ATTRIBUTIONS, ACTIVITIES AND MAIN TASKS

Engage and coordinate physical prospecting, telephone, emails, social networks ...

- Develop and propose sales arguments for the products marketed

- Lead the sales and marketing team: and ensure capacity building - Create of Customer Value through differentiation and positioning itself against the competition

- Provide multi-faceted support for sub-distributors

- Collect and analyze product / market information (sales results, results of new products in the launch phase / customer behavior , competition ...) - Contribute to the development of development strategies for new markets

Feed the CRM with relevant information

Carry out after-sales follow-up and Ensure the COMMERCIAL reporting

1. Knowledge

- Knowledge in MCV (Marketing / Commerce / Sales)

- Knowledge in the distribution of automotive and industrial lubricants - In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies.

- Offensive and aggressive sales techniques

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

- Development of external relations

- Diplomacy and sense of contact
