Sales Manager at ADSNET

Duties and responsibilities:    

  • Identifies opportunities to cross sell and up sell to existing and new customers/accounts in the assigned territory. 
  • Develops account strategy and manages the sales cycle with the customer from opportunity identification to closure 
  • Managing customer relationship with focus on key customer executive and customer satisfaction. 
  • Strong Sales operation covering opportunity tracking, internal team coordination, AMC booking, customer feedback recording etc. 
  • Present all products to customer/account with strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business initiative  - takes ownership of assigned Sales Targets and deliver numbers                                 

Required Profile: 

  • Minimum qualification computer science graduate or business graduate with sound IT skills 
  • At least 05 years in payment and cash industry or Digital solution provider company as Sales/COMMERCIAL Agent.    
  • Willing to travel within Africa
  • Must be familiar with leading industry e-banking software solutions 
  • Proven track record in e-banking/Alternate Delivery Channel software sales carrying over 1.5 to 2.0 million target selling software or technology solutions in the banking sector. 
  • Proven expertise and a successful track record of consistent, annual sales growth.                                                              

Required Skills:    

  • Fluent in Verbal, Communication & Written English and French 
  • Fluent in MS Word, Excel, Power point, Project etc. 
  • Enterprise selling and sales cycle management 
  • Good in meeting  deadlines and delivering to commitments 
  • Can manage task individually 
  • Time Management 
  • Organizational skills
