Recruitment and Screening Officer
G4S Cameroon seeks to recruit a full-time Screening and Vetting Officer for our Douala Operations as well as a full-time Recruitment and Screening Officer for our Yaoundé Operations, to complete screening and vetting for the purposes of internal recruitment and selection. The candidate will develop reports based on reference information obtained.
- Receive - accurately and timeously processing of all vetting requests of position below D2
- Accurate and timeously processing of relevant background checks as per prescribed assessment matrixes and in line with group policy
- Coordination, distribution and processing of relevant assessments, as per prescribed assessment matrixes
- Conduct work enquiries (reference checking) as per assessment matrixes and in line with group policy
- Compiling and distribution of relevant reports to applicable parties within short timeframes
- Maintenance and updating of Assessment Matrixes
- Accurate and timeously compilation/update of employees files
- Quality Control
- Maintain electronic database and filing system for recruitment and vetting activities
- Assist in attending to relevant queries
The Ideal Candidate:
- Able to speak and write either French or English (Bilingual will be advantageous)
- Successful completion of High school and a background in recruitment, Screening and Vetting.
- Must be a Cameroonian with valid Cameroon National Identification Card
- Recruitment and Vetting Officers must have an Advance Level and a professional training in Human Resources
- Management of Screening and vetting with at least one year experience.
