RECEPTIONNIST (location Douala / Yaoundé)
Missions:
The main mission of the position will be to welcome and guide customers according to internal policies.
- Taking reservations;
- Manage the invoice from the arrival to the departure of the client;
- Manage and close customer accounts;
- Management of cash funds and cash passages;
- Hold the secretariat of the reception;
- Build customer loyalty;
- Communicate with other departments;
- Transmit instructions and orders to the departments concerned;
- Placing orders with external suppliers.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the hierarchy in line with professional skills.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in management or any other equivalent diploma;
- Have 2 to 3 years of experience in the field;
- Visibly demonstrate interest in the client;
- Adapt their behavior to the culture and image of the company;
- Adapt his behavior, his language, to the sociological diversity of the customers;
- Be comfortable in physical or telephone contact;
- Anticipate conflicts and manage them within the limits of their responsibilities;
- Be courteous, discreet and discern information that must remain confidential;
- Maintain effective commercial relations with external service providers and suppliers;
- Proficiency in office software;
- Speaking English would be an asset;
- Have a sense of confidentiality and rigor;
- Have a sense of organization;
- Be independent ;
- Have a good sense of communication and social relations;
- Be punctual and diligent;
- Be proactive and flexible (ability to meet challenges);
- Have a state of mind allowing teamwork;
- Have a sense of ethics.
