Responsibilities

• Serve as a product expert, product evangelist, and the voice of the customer
• Work cross-functionally to gather Responsibilities, customer feedback, and communicate priorities
• Create mockups and prototypes to assist with the development
• Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance
• Carry out demos on the company's products with prospects and customers
• Follow up with the customers in their training on the operation of the software.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Scrum or Agile experience
• Ability to work easily in a team
