Position: PRODUCTION MANAGER

Number of places: 01

Your missions:

Under the responsibility of the Technical Director, his activities will be among others:

• Coordinate and supervise the production activities of the flour mill and the livestock feed unit;

• Supervise, manage and develop the skills of his team;

• Ensure that the performance objectives set by the hierarchy are achieved;

         Report to his superiors and anticipate immediate and future needs;

• Ensure compliance with internal safety instructions in order to guarantee the safety of goods and people;

• Participate in the promotion and implementation of the quality management system, Ensure the interface with external organizations (control, certification, supply of equipment, etc.).

 

Requirements for the position:

• Be of Cameroonian nationality M / F

• Level of study and experience: Bac + 5 in Electromechanics / Agri-food At least 3 years experience in the agri-food sector.

• category B driving license,
