*Duties and responsibilities*
- Callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for the manager’s attention
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organising events and conferences
- Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Collating and filing expenses
- Miscellaneous tasks to support the manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit.
At least a  high school diploma with 3 years of work experience as personal assistant or in a relevant field. A bachelor's degree with 1 year of work experience as a personal assistant or in a relevant field.
Incumbent must be fluent in both English and French (written and spoken). This would be tested.
