Our growing company is interested in hiring an outsourced Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience with MS Excel and strong analytical skills. The Accountant will report directly to the Office Manager and will need to demonstrate the ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced office environment. We offer opportunities for advancement for the right candidate. Junior Accountant is expected to be detail-oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, work comfortably under pressure, and deliver on tight deadlines.

 

General Duties and Responsibilities:

Accountants' core responsibilities are typical to prepare and examine financial records, assuring information is up to date and accurate. The purpose of the  Accountant position is to manage the day-to-day activities of financial routines and those of some BlueMOONs clients. 

 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

 

? Prepare that planned activities are carried out in line with the approved weekly/monthly/annual plan and budget.

? Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance

? Enters all financial data into the computer/accounting system

? Prepare that the required documentation and authorization is presented before effecting payments and encoding data into the system

? Prepare petty cash, effects payment of salary and perdiem for the staffs by preparing petty cash payment voucher and administers petty cash

? Prepare cash replenishment for petty cash payments.

? Reconciles bank statements with books of accounts.

? Manage cash for other Client account managed by BlueMOON as may be required.

? Performs other duties as assigned by the hierarchy

 

Job Requirement

? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

? Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.

? Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.

? Ethical behavior.

? Attention to detail.

? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
