JOB DESCRIPTION

The company Kesai Eagrow Cameroon SA. Importing and marketing agricultural inputs looking for these service needs a Marketing Assistant

MISSION: - Assist the Sales and Marketing Department in the implementation of marketing and sales strategies in order to boost the company's sales

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Design and carry out Market Studies

- Propose and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that build and develop the brand equity of the brands in your portfolio

- Assist marketing managers and salespeople in the marketing and distribution of the products in your portfolio in order to achieve the objectives.

- Perform competitive intelligence

- Collect and analyze market data, to accurately determine consumer expectations

- Propose range extensions

- Animate the company's com pages.

Profiles sought:

- Have a BACC + 3 level Marketing, Commerce, Sales, Advertising, Communication

- Have experience and knowledge of brand management, marketing campaigns, and market research.

- Experience in a Marketing and Advertising consulting agency would be an asset.

- FMCG (Consumer Product) sales experience and sales team management would also be an asset.

- Be passionate about sales, marketing strategy, advertising, communication

- Determination, Dynamism;

- Sense of detail, spirit of creativity and responsiveness; - Analytical capacity and spirit of advanced synthesis

-Experience in the field of agricultural input sales would be an asset; -Being bilingual a great asset.
