ASSIGNMENTS

•  Accounting & performance management
•  Personnel management (retention, recruitment, etc.)
•  Coaches, advises and disciplines employees
•  Establishment of strategic objectives
•  Identify KPIs and continually assess them
•  Ensuring quality service
•  Budgeting and financial planning
•  Coordination and monitoring of management decisions

SKILLS

•  At least Bac + 3
•  Very communicative, dynamic and
•  results oriented
•  Be bilingual and Experience > 2 years
•  Be passionate about cars
•  Proficiency in computer systems
•  Listen, work as a team
•  Be organized, rigorous and quick to react
•  Have relationship skills
