AKC Solutions SARL provides Technology Consulting Services: Technology Operational Intelligence, Information Technology Services Management, Cloud & Remote Access Services, Network Security, Voice Over IP Phone Services, Web Hosting Services, Technology Training/Certification, Outsourced/Managed Services and other Shared Technology services.

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in English: Speaking, reading, writing
  • Must be proficient in French: Speaking, reading, writing
  • 2 years post-BAC degree such as BTS or equivalent required 
  • IT certifications preferred (ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft, Splunk, VMware, Citrix, Dell, HP, CompTIA, F5, Checkpoint, …)
  • Good understanding of IT Solutions: Voice, Data, Video, Computer Network, Cyber Security, Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Analytics, Operational Intelligence 

Key Responsibilities:

AKC Solutions SARL currently looking for a great team player with a primary focus on Project Management and Client Delivery. As an IT Consulting Manager, you’ll be counted on to provide expertise in executing business strategy and deliver trustworthy advice to influential business leaders. In addition to client delivery, you'll support business development, account management, and have opportunities to assume leadership roles within AKC Solutions SARL. We are seeking tested problem solvers with the ability to build lasting relationships, design, implement and support the next generation Technology services for our clients.

  • Work with the Sales Manager to develop solutions that meet client needs
  • Manage project development from initiation to closure 
  • Use critical thinking capabilities to solve business problems
  • Work with Project Sponsor and Stakeholders to complete Project Charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines
  • Lead, coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis
  • Communicate project status to sponsor and all stakeholders; monitor and escalate risks and issues as appropriate 
  • Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure team members have the tools needed and provide timely feedback
  • Continuously seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
  • Solution Expert, providing assistance on technical solutions and industry knowledge as required
  • Functional Expert, providing best practices for the implementation of relevant processes and procedures
