ENIndustrial Company is looking for a Production Engineer for the needs of its services.

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, he will be responsible for:

MISSION:

      Ensure industrial production in quality and quantity,

      Monitor production indicators

      With the maintenance manager, Ensure the availability of machines, improve the performance and costs of  machine maintenance in the best conditions of productivity, safety and quality

      Manage projects to set up new entities and new products

      Carry out industrial establishments

      Set up a systematic planning of machine shutdowns

      Follow up with the department in charge, the supply of raw materials in order to reorganize production if necessary

      submit and carry out improvement plans

      Train   machine operators, Organize daily meetings in order to  identify the main actions to increase the productivity of production equipment

Les profils recherchés sont les suivants:

EDUCATION ET EXPERIENCE :

      Avoir un niveau BAC+3 à 5 dans les filières suivantes : Ingénierie industrielle, Electricien ou Mécanicien, avec Une expérience avérée dans la gestion des unités de production

      Avoir une expérience avérée dans les domaines suivants :

·         la gestion d’unités industrielles,

·         Leadership et Management des équipes,

QUALITES REQUISES :

      Grande ouverture d’Esprit ; grande faculté d’adaptation ;

      Détermination, Orienté Résultat ;
