Job Description

Our client, a multinational Oil & Gas company, is on the lookout for an experienced HR Manager to join their team. The incumbent will head HR matters in country and will have a strong international reporting line and structure. The ideal candidate would be well versed with multinational operations, possess exemplary communication skills and be culturally aware both in and out of country.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and ensure application of existing local and corporate HR policies, procedures and practices regarding employee relations, remuneration, working conditions and internal communications
  • Ensure application of Corporate policies and procedures regarding employees’ development (S&D) and Alcohol & Drug policy
  • Provide local and international functions with appropriate assistance and information
  • Follow community labour, legislation, social, and industry scene to provide local and headquarters Management with appropriate information and implement adequate changes in accordance with guidelines.
  • Deal with Unions and Employees representatives
  • Implement existing corporate policies.
  • Implement appropriate procedures locally
  • Apply labour legislation and national agreement rules.
  • Participate in negotiations with Unions
  • Advise Management on trends / actions / alternatives / climate / problems / opportunities
  • Ensure adequate payment of salaries, benefits, donations, memberships, budgets.
  • Oversee profit sharing (social funds).
  • Steward HR information (local and corporate reporting)
  • Maintain all essential records and prepare special reports
  • Maintain high degree of in-house contact encouraging communications.

  • Administration of recruitments
  • Assistance regarding Training / Development actions, coordinate annual training plan.
  • Oversee disciplinary action.
  • Conduct remuneration surveys and participate in annual salary budget review.
Requirements

: Qualification and Skill
  • Bachelors / Master’s Degree in HR or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience
  • Fluent English
  • Expertise in Labour Code, Collective convention, CNPS regulation
