Mission: 

Attached to the General Manager, the incumbent will have full responsibility for the operational management of the institution. As a true host, it will accompany the development of the establishment in a constant concern for quality and value for money.

Main activities:

·         Guarantee success and ensure the development of the hotel restaurant and bar;

·         Set up and ensure, with the support of its teams and support structures, the daily monitoring of the accommodation, catering and maintenance of the hotel;

·         Ensuring the right price positioning on the various distribution channels on / off line and its referencing;

·         Guarantee the good performance of its profit center and ensure growth and sound financial management;

·         Validate technical proposals and ensure a balanced budget;

·         Participate in the development of contracts and service agreements;

·         Ensure the management of the services in compliance with contractual service commitments and agreed margins;

·         Negotiate and contract changes or extensions of services;

·         Participate in the development of strategic development, marketing and budget development plans to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, optimize sales and profit of the establishment.

·         Ensure at all times that the actions carried out within the various departments under its responsibility are in line with the achievement of the objectives (financial, human, operational, commercial ...) present and future;

·         Supervise the application of the legislation and regulations in force within the hotel business, including health and safety;

·         Ensure the application of the budgetary and accounting rules in force within the institution and the group;

·         Supervise, animate, coordinate and control the action of the heads of department under his responsibility;

·         Qualify and validate business.

 

 





Profile: 

·         Minimum 07 years of profit center management experience in 3/4 * hospitality with commercial and managerial skills;

·         3 to 4 level diploma in tourism / hospitality / catering / business / management / management / supply chain;

·         Good relationship with the sense of service, organization, rigor, autonomy and responsiveness, with a good spirit of analysis and anticipation and good management of priorities;

·         Good knowledge of hotel management;

·         Available, involved, pragmatic and versatile;

·         Good level of English (both written and spoken).

 



Education level: LICENSE / BAC + 3 Area of 

specialization: Tourism / Hospitality / Catering 

Level of experience: Experienced (from 6 to 10 years) 

Languages:  
English: Good practice 
French: Good practice

Job Criteria
