Graphic & Web Designer

     - Leading the end to end development graphic and web design customer projects

·    -Studying design briefs, determine requirements and conceptualize visuals based on requirements

·         Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites

·         Conceptualizing original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks

·         Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas

·         Presenting and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders

·         Establishing and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

·         Illustrating concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.

·         Preparing mockups and presenting to project stakeholders before deciding on a final design/concept

·         Testing graphics across various media and amend designs after feedback

·         Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand



Your Profile 

 

·         University degree with very good academic credentials and at least 5 years demonstrable professional experience as a graphic/web designer or in related field

·         Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

·         Have a strong, well-rounded portfolio that showcases your individual design aesthetic

·         Good problem-solving skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional presentation skills.

·         Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps

·         Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Canvas, and Illustrator.

·         Previous experience with video editing and mastery of video editing tools (like Adobe Premiere for example) is a big advantage

·         Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript

·         Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

·         Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

·         Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

·         Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

·         A strong eye for visual composition.

·         Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

·         Strong intellectual curiosity and capability of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision.

·         Be proactive, creative and eager to learn
