Job Announcement: Graduate Marketing Trainee

Location: Buea

 

Do you have an HND or BSc in Marketing or a Related Field and lack the required experience or skills to secure a Marketing Job?

If so, apply as a graduate trainee at BlueMOON Outsourcing & Consulting Buea. The selected candidates(s) will receive free training and apprenticeship for 9 - 14 months depending on aptitude after which they will be given an opportunity to join the BlueMOON team.

 

Areas of  Responsibilities

• The incumbent will assist in the following:

• Managing  relations with new and existing client 

• Developing and maintaining customer portfolios – contacting customers to introduce and sell services.

• Participating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.

• Conducting research and assisting the Manager or Supervisor wherever possible.

• Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required

• Perform other duties as assigned by Hierarchy

 

Desired Skills:

• HND, BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Excellent Communication skills 

• Computer literate and owns a laptop

• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques

• Knowledge of social media handles 

• Ability to use your initiative and creativity

• To be thorough and pay attention to details

• Ability to work well with others

The selected candidates(s) will receive free six months - one-year training/Mentoring and eventually be recruited as employees of BlueMOON or partner institutions or better still must have gained enough skills and experience to find a job just anywhere.

 

During the training, transport and duty allowances would be given based on performance and applicants' aptitude and attitude.

 Successful applicants will be expected to begin the Graduate Trainee Program by the end of January.
