The web developer/developer will work under the supervision of the CTO and collaborate with every key stakeholder of the company ( i.e all other staff, clients, consultants, partners, investors) . His/her responsibilities will include the following:

• Client requirement gathering & understanding
• Plan, develop( design & code) all web projects together with other team members and some times alone.
• Assist to review, evaluate and maintain existing website designs and propose ideas to improve them.
• Take project requirements and create new website design templates and website elements utilizing top most widely used web development technologies from programming languages to frameworks and content management systems. 
• Professional in writing clean code 
• Code HTML by hand and/or with the use of any coding tools like Notepad++,  Adobe Dreamweaver. 
• Work with and understand CMS web development
• Limited copywriting and editing of website content for SEO optimization
• File Management including naming conventions, folder organization and file migrations
• Website hosting concepts and multi-server development environments
• Create new and edit existing CSS files to achieve web page design goals
• Design web advertisements, banner ads, and corporate identities to match look and feel of brands.
• Potential to work with some Flash and video elements
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
• Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Must be willing to work live, no remote work is allowed.
• Learn project and task management processes
• Must have reliable, update to date laptop with at-least 8 RAM, 1GB Graphics , at-least 6 hours of battery automy
• Reliable monthly Internet with 
• Experience with past existing( already in use) portfolio of at-least two i.e proven work experience as a web designer
• Strong passion for digital art and graphic design
• Desire to learn about e-commerce industry and internet marketing.
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames.
• Individual should be able or ready to learn how to craft and execute a vision with creativity and style
• Ability to communicate directly with peers, managers, and clients while leading development to a completed and successful solution.
• Zeal to grow professionally in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
• BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or a Visual Arts subject
