Typically completed higher education/qualification or requires expert technical operational knowledge of procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience. First point of escalation for non-routine situations. Provides assistance and training to lower level employees. Ensure receiving goods from supplier on timely basis and are not defective, wrong, or damaged. Maintain database to identify component part numbers i.e. create and maintain kits as part numbers change and new models are added to the fleet. Record stock received and book out issued stock on the computer system to keep accurate record of stock levels. Check that incoming goods correspond with the delivery note, and out in stores, recording receipt of this stock. Produce a goods-received note (GRN), match up with the delivery note, and pass on to purchasing department. Issue of stock, making up kits for production as required and Involvement in month end activities. Create MRN/PTS on M3 (Credit Note) for returned goods. Ensure compliance to Aggreko procedures including ISO/ Internal/ External/ PLC Audits. Always ensure strict adherence to Aggreko’s QHSE policies and practices. Provide subject matter advise to employees where required.
