DELIVERY RIDER (We welcome female applicants)

 

Have you ever thought of being a Delivery Rider? Do you love riding? Are you looking for a fun and flexible role enabling you to work within a fast paced team environment? We are looking to hire full time and part time Delivery Riders for our Douala office.

Being a Delivery Rider means you are the forefront of our business, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service at all times, ensuring all deliveries are made on time. At Our company we provide you with excellent on the job training, you will be trained in all aspects of the role ensuring all products are delivered safely and securely as well as Hygiene and Safety training to ensure you maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Upholding a positive brand image and providing excellent customer service at all times
• Managing cash, mobile money and all transactions effectively in accordance to company procedures.
• Delivering products safely and securely, avoiding unnecessary risks by adhering to all safety and security Policies
• Working as part of our company’s Rider Team.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Above 18
• No criminal record
• Highschool graduate or University graduate
• Required must have a valid motorcycle licence (Category A)
• A safe a diligent rider (this will be tested)
• Good communication (Most understand English) and hard working
• Available to work over Evenings and weekends
• Must be based in Douala.

If you have a motorbike of less than 3 years old already this is advantageous but not necessary.
