Keys Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud solutions
• Set up and maintain the data infrastructure on the cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Automate the ETL processes : Apply data extraction and transformation techniques on data which come from SQL and NoSQL databases
• Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader
• Assist in educating others on the best practices surrounding data work (i.e modeling, database design, ETL design, etc.)

 

Minimum requirements

• Expected degree : BAC +3 in Software Engineering / Database administrator or any other equivalent skill
• Experience : 1-2 years
• Be passionate about programming
• Experience with at least one of the programming languages PYTHON, JAVA or SCALA
• Good SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases ;
• Good experience in NoSQL databases
• Have a good analytical mind and be rigorous
• Be able to learn new things quickly
• Be able to work as a team
• Have a good communication skills
• Be proactive and able to make a good proposals
• Have a good level in english

 

Will be an advantage

• Experience with Big data tools : Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc
• Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools : Airflow, Oozie, etc.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, BigQuery)
• A good experience with AWS tools for data engineering
• Experience with the ELK suite (Elasticsearch, kibana, and Logstash)
• Master of the concept of CD/CI.
