Customer Relationship Manager PPP
Missions:
• Client viewing
• Maintenance and development of client portfolio
• Client Relationship Tracking
• Studies and Analysis of Funding Application
• Sale of products
• Administrative client files management
• CSR framework
• Reporting activities
• Compliance with LAB-LFT procedures
Desired experience:
• Minimum 3 year s' experience in the position of Assistant Client Relations Officer, in the position of Reception Officer and / or in the position of Financial Analyst or Credit Analyst.
• Education level: • Bac + 4/5 in Management / Bank / Finance / Business Action or Financial Analysis
Banking training: ITB, BBS or equivalent.
Qualities wanted:
You show rigor, adaptation, great editorial capacity, cold-blooded, listening, integrity and are force of proposal. You have a good sense of organization.
You have great relational and human qualities, real analytical abilities and are responsive to implement actions. You have a sense of negotiation and a spirit of initiative and synthesis.
Mastering professional English and computer tool is essential.
Proper control of Amplitude software is essential.
