Corporate Customer Relations Officer
Missions:
• Ensure and oversee production budget completion
• Representing the bank with sensitive and important customers
• Conduct and lead commercial actions
• Administrative management of client files
• Study of applications for funding
• Reporting activities
• Team Management
Desired experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a position of SME / PMI, Companies / Institutional or BFI Client Relationship Officer or Senior Credit Analyst
Minimum 1 year of experience at a managerial position
Educational level:
• Baccalaureate + 4/5 in Management / Bank / Finance / Business Action or Financial Analysis
• Banking training: ITB, BBS or equivalent.
Qualities wanted:
You show rigor, adaptation, great editorial capacity, cold-blooded, listening, integrity and are force of proposal. You have a good sense of organization.
You have great relational and human qualities, real analytical abilities and are responsive to implement actions. You have the meaning of negotiation and the spirit of initiative, analysis and synthesis.
You are performance oriented. Mastering professional English and computer tool is essential. Proper control of Amplitude software is essential.
