As part of their services, one of our partners is looking for 02 cookers with the following missions:
Missions and responsibilities:
• Select the products and ensure the preparation of the dishes presented on the menu
• Management of supplies and product delivery
• Ensure the application of health and safety rules
• Cleaning of the kitchen at the end of the service.
Required profile:
• Master the techniques of making menus
• Have an artistic and creative sense in the presentation of dishes
• Be methodical and organized in the preparation
• Hold a training diploma and / or prove a solid experience in the field
• Have a speed of execution
• Very good physical condition
• Have manual dexterity
• Be able to work under pressure and at sustained rates
• Resistance to stress and tiredness.
