Training, mobility and development: SONARA fosters professional growth and development of each of its members. The company has many tools to encourage the development of skills of its employees. The entire management chain is secured in this increased knowledge.
The leaders are personally involved in disseminating the corporate culture through participation in the onboarding process for new recruits and at some trainings. They thus give employees opportunities to exchange with them at a very personal level.
WELCOME AND GROW
SONARA multiplies its graduates and youth initiatives as well as leadership training through the PED program in partnership with the National Employment Fund. To perfect the skills of young engineers, they are recruited and mentored through our engineering development programmes.
During a 12 months period, accompanied by a mentor, young engineers discover the various facets of SONARA's operations and technologies. Each year, 3-8 engineers pursue this course before being integrated into the SONARA team.
