Job offer Home kitchen clerk

To ensure the activities of its production department, the Freshbag cooperative is recruiting cooks at home

Main missions :

• Participate in the purchase, control and storage of cooking ingredients
• Gather the ingredients needed to prepare the dishes
• Peel, cut or mince the vegetables
• Respect the technical sheets in the proper execution of culinary preparations
• Maintain kitchen and equipment
• Scrupulously respect the rules of hygiene and safety.

Required skills:

• Know how to use the equipment and the various kitchen utensils correctly
• Mastering the cold chain and methods of preserving food products
• Know the packaging, cleaning and disinfection procedures
• Know and respect the rules of hygiene and food safety.

The qualities sought:

• Rigorous
• Organized
• Attention to detail and quality
• Passion for cooking.
• availablity  
• Loyalty and discretion
• Care and desire for a job well done

Special conditions of practice

• Fluency in English and/or French essential.
• Weekly working hours established in consultation with the "Production manager".
• Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends.

Salary :

• 60,000 – 80,000 FCFA/month
