Keys Responsibilities

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Kola Group, the product, and all of its features to be able to:
    ?     Match our solutions to partners’ and customers’ pain points.
    ?     Properly articulate our value to partners and users in a compelling way.
  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and manage a partnership pipeline.
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
  • Collect feedback from client and partner conversations, then share them with the team as insight as away to contribute to our product roadmap and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on go-to-market efforts and lead-generation opportunities.
  • Motivate the team, track performance and report metrics, maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.
  • Drive pricing strategies in coordination with senior management.

Minimum requirements

  • Expected degree : Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working experience with financial regulations
  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Proven ability to plan and manage resources
  • Track record of entering into new sectors through compelling messaging and advocacy
  • Have a good level in english
