BlueMOON Outsourcing & Consulting Ltd is searching for 3 ambitious Full-Time volunteers/professional interns to serve as B2B Outside Sales Representatives or corporate sales executives to join our B2B sales agency team. You will be selling for various clients who shall be outsourcing their B2B sales to us. You will have an opportunity to make a substantial income while putting our clients in a much better financial situation.

The B2B sales representatives will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

WHAT IS B2B SALES REP?

B2B, or in other words – business to business, is a model that focuses on selling products and services to other companies. BlueMOON – it‘s a place, where you can gain knowledge about sales and improve your B2B sales and communication skills.

 

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services of our clients using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships on behalf of our clients

• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

• Supply our clients with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

• Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

• Evident interest in developing as a corporate and or Technical Sales Representative

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and tech smartness

• Highly motivated and target driven 

• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

• Bsc/BA degree or equivalent
