Job Description:

Adecco Tertiary Bank Insurance seeks A (E) ASSISTANT (E) CUSTOMER H / F whose activity is in the banking sector for one of agency

Your missions:

  • Take charge of physical and telephone reception of customers, qualify requests, direct clients to make appointments.
  • Perform the current operations.
  • Carry out independent commercial interviews
  • Finalize the deeds of sale and contractualize the relationship with the client with the assistance of Customer Advisors, excluding Life Insurance products and products related to the financial markets (UCITS, Shares, Bonds ...).
  • Execute any commercial activity
  • Excluding life insurance or financial market related products
  • And / or administrative services entrusted by the hierarchy.
  • Analyze the needs of customers.
  • Negotiate and propose the best adapted products.
  • Manage cash balances in travelers, as well as cards and checkbooks.
  • Participate at the request of the hierarchy in commercial actions implemented by the agency, excluding life insurance and financial market related products.
  • Deal with customer complaints.
  • Prepare a response proposal and submit it to the client manager or line manager.

Desired profile:

  • Holder of a BTS Bank, MUC or NRC, you already have a similar experience as a bank receptionist, less than 6 months old.
  • You are also recognized for your commercial qualities, your developed sense of relationship and you know how to manage and guide the flow of customers.
