ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER via CDS Human Resources Ltd

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø  Preparing regular financial and administrative reports

Ø  Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

Ø  Work with Dubai office and arrange clearance documents when goods arrive

Ø  Update office policies as needed

Ø  Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments

Ø  Book meeting rooms as required

Ø  Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned

Ø  Perform all administrative tasks

Ø  Schedule in-house and external events

 

Requirements:

Ø  Bachelor in business administration.Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus

Ø  4 years proven administrative experience.

Ø  Excellent computer skills and good mastery of MS package

Ø  Solid knowledge of office procedures.

Ø  Multilingual may be preferred or required but with excellent English proficiency

Ø  Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others

Ø  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
