JOB DESCRIPTION

MISSIONS: Under the supervision of the Director General, the Administrative and Financial Manager will have as main missions: Implement the financial policy of the company; Coordinate and supervise the accounting department and the personnel department; Guarantee compliance with legal, administrative and regulatory obligations; Centralize all the contracts established by the company; Monitor relationships with partners;

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Budgetary and accounting management: In charge of budget planning, he translates the company's objectives into figures on an annual basis (forecast turnover, forecast operating accounts, net income); For each department, sets out its own objectives and annual results to be achieved at the strategic plan and monitors them in accordance with the direction of general management; Establishes the company's financial statements in collaboration with the accounting department; Checks cash flow, informs the managers concerned about available and forecast financial resources; Ensures compliance with expenditure execution procedures; Sets up the company's cost accounting; Supervises the entry of accounting and analytical data in compliance with procedures; Ensures the verification of the physical archiving of documents related to the accounting activity; Ensures regular reporting of activity to general management; Coordination and administrative management: Ensures compliance with procedures by all company staff; Informs and advises management on fiscal and regulatory constraints / obligations; Develops decision-making support tools; Analyzes organizational needs, proposes orientations according to administrative, accounting, financial and legal obligations; Organizes the internal information circuit and ensures the implementation of decisions taken by management; Manages contracts and agreements for their respect within the legislative or regulatory framework; Support general management in managing relations with financial partners; Manages the company's staff by: formalizing objectives, evaluating performance, motivating and taking initiative, training plans, in collaboration with the various operational managers.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

BAC + 4 minimum in Finance / accounting audit and management control / Administration business management Have at least 5 years of experience including 3 in a similar position or in an audit firm.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

Rigor at work; Availability; Good managerial quality; Listening skills ; Ability to work in a team; Ability to work under pressure; Fluency in French (written and spoken); Mastery of the office pack with a capacity for synthesis and preparation of report and presentation.
