Accountant Managers and SME Managers Trainees

 

Attached to the Heads of Accounting and / or Tax Pools, the Manager or the SME Manager trainee will contribute to the management and development of his portfolio of members, mainly made up of VSEs / SMEs / SMIs, independent entrepreneurs and liberal professionals .

 

Job title : SME Manager / Responsible

Location: Douala - Limbé - Garoua - Cameroon  

Nature of contracts: Compulsory one-month internship (from August 2 to August 31, 2021) with recruitment on CDD, CDI or Consultant if performance satisfactory. Possibility of a long internship, from 3 to 12 months (alternating school / CGA CoPME apprenticeship)

 

Mission of the position:

- Prospecting and constitution of portfolios;

- Management of portfolio members (Accounting, taxation,

  Social declarations  , management of agreements, etc.);

- Search for new members and loyalty;

- Assistance in training and capacity building for managers and employees of member VSEs / SMEs / SMIs;

 

Profile: 

- Training BAC CG to BAC + 3, in the fields: Accounting-Audit Management Control / Banking-Finance-Insurance / Commerce-Sales-Distribution-

Marketing / IT Management / Economics-Management-Human Resources Business Law.
