Mustard Seed Investment Credit is recruiting for the needs of its services, Three (3) Account Managers, With a view to strengthening the sales teams of the entire network and promoting customer satisfaction.

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Proficient computer skills, Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel), experience with Accounting Software.

·         Proficient in English and French

·         Integrity and Transparency

·         Analytical and Goal oriented thinker

·         Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Ability to work independent or as a team member

·         Reporting skills, deadline oriented, data entry management and general math skills.

·         Optimize the profitability and viability of the MFI.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Ø  Candidates must be holders of B.sc in Accounting, Management, Finance, Audit and related financial field.

Ø  Must have a professional experience of at least 3 years in the field of microfinance

Ø  Mastery of the legal and regulatory texts governing the MFI sector.
