Créée en 1979, Action contre la Faim est une organisation non gouvernementale internationale qui lutte contre la faim dans le monde. Sa charte des principes humanitaires - indépendance, neutralité, non-discrimination, accès libre et direct aux victimes, professionnalisme, transparence - fonde son identité depuis plus de 40 ans. Sa mission est de sauver des vies en éliminant la faim par la prévention, la détection et le traitement de la sous-nutrition, en particulier pendant et après les situations d'urgence liées aux conflits et aux catastrophes naturelles. Action contre la Faim coordonne ses programmes autour de 5 domaines d'activités : Nutrition et Santé - Santé Mentale, Pratiques de Soins, Genre et Protection - Sécurité Alimentaire et Moyens d'Existence - Eau, Assainissement et Hygiène - Plaidoyer. VOTRE POSTE ET VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

The protracted crisis in North-West and South-West since 2016 has contributed to the deterioration of the humanitarian context leading to lack of healthcare services, abandonment of school, enrolment of children in armed groups, bans on movements and lockdowns. Negative coping mechanisms stem from the on-going violence, such as child labor, child and early marriage, survival sex and exploitation, increased risk for early pregnancies among teenagers... These issues increase psychosocial distress among communities and weakens social resilience. By addressing the lack of adequate care and the difficulty of accessing it, AAH project aims at improving psychological wellbeing and strengthening positive coping strategies of the most vulnerable.
MHPSS.P activities are being developed by other organizations that are willing to collaborate and share experiences to better support the affected communities.

You will identify and implement quality, relevant and innovative MHPSS.P interventions in compliance with AAH strategy, international standards and national policies.
More specifically, you will have the opportunity to :
- Ensure the implementation, monitoring and reporting of the MHPSS.P project
- Contribute to the quality and accountability processes, to the evaluation of project's impact and to project's capitalization
- Build capacities and manage your team
- Contribute to capitalization and technical development within your sector

VOTRE PROFIL

- You hold a Master's degree in clinical psychology (mandatory);
- You have substantial knowledge regarding program management in the field and budget follow up;
- You are experienced in team management and stress management;
- You have good capacities in terms of organization and planning development;
- You have knowlegde in transcultural psychology;
- You are a good listener and are empathetic;
- You are flexible and able to work in a security volatile context;
- You are fleunt in English - mandatory
- You respect and implement ACF Gender policy.

VOS CONDITIONS D'EMPLOI

- 3 months fixed term contract under French legislation
- Monthly gross salary from 2010EUR to 2335EUR upon experience
- Monthly per diem and living allowance: 201EUR + 342EUR net, field paid
- Monthly country allowance: 450EUR
- 16% of the gross monthly salary for pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens
- Transportation and accommodation: Coverage of transportation costs and guest house
- Medical coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (CFE + complementary health) and repatriation insurance
- Leaves and RnR: 25 days of paid leaves per year, 20 RnR per year and 215 EUR at each RnR period
