JOB OPPURTUNITY

AFRICA FOOD MANUFACTURE SA is  currently looking for the needs of its services:

02 STOCK CONTROLLERS M / F

The Stock Controllers will be responsible for:

• Control within their scope of activity, all physical and theoretical receipts of goods purchased by the Africa Food Manufacture factory, as well as products from other stores belonging to the Holding;
• Control within their scope of activity, all physical and theoretical releases of products delivered by the Africa Food Manufacture plant to customers and to other stores belonging to the Holding ;
• Check the documentary compliance of stock movements related to their scope of activity;
• Carry out and carry out consistency checks on items in stock;
• Periodically report their activities to their hierarchy and monitor the implementation of the related recommendations.

ACTIVITIES

1 - "Fuel" stock control

• Participate in the fuel reception commission;
• Daily gauge the diesel;
• Supervise the consumption of diesel fuel at the pump;
• Ensure compliance with procedures related to fuel management.

2- Inventory control of spare parts, consumables and general resources

• Check that all movements of stocks of spare parts and consumables are entered in the Gescom system;
• Participate in the reception of spare parts purchased from suppliers;
• Participate in the reception of consumables and general means purchased from suppliers;
• Reconcile the quantities ordered with those received;
• Check compliance and entry in GESCOM of all PDR reception documents, consumables and general resources;
• Ensure compliance with procedures related to inventory management of PDRs, consumables and general resources.

3- Stock control finished products

• Participate in the loading / delivery of finished products and goods to customers;
• Participate in the loading / delivery of finished products and merchandise destined for the other stores of the Holding;
• Participate in the reception of finished products from the Holding's other stores;
• Ensure every day that all customer deliveries have been invoiced;
• Check the conformity of sales documents, transfer documents and reception documents;
• Reconcile the quantities ordered with those delivered;
• Check compliance and entry in GESCOM of all customer delivery / transfer documents;
• Ensure compliance with procedures related to inventory management of finished products.

4- Inventory control of raw materials

• Participate in receiving stocks of raw materials from suppliers;
• Reconcile the quantities ordered with those received;
• Check compliance and entry in GESCOM of all raw material receipt documents;
• Ensure compliance with procedures related to inventory management of raw materials.

5- Other activities

• Participate in monthly and quarterly inventories of stocks;
• Carry out unannounced inventories of items in stock;
• Control the sale of waste;
• Ensure that all customer delivery / inventory transfers / supplier receipt vehicles pass through the weighbridge and have a compliant weighing ticket

6- Consistency and plausibility checks

• Check the entry and compliance of all stock movements in GESCOM;
• Reconcile the quantities ordered with those received;
• Carry out consistency / equation checks of the stocks of moving items;
• Identify the gaps and notify the concerned / stakeholders for justification.

7- Periodic reporting to his hierarchy and follow-up of recommendations

• Transmit each day to his hierarchy, the control report on stock deviations and deviations on diesel consumption;
• Transmit to his hierarchy the reports on the consistency checks / inventory equation of moving items;
• Transmit to his hierarchy the reports on the reconciliations between the quantities ordered / delivered / transferred / received / invoiced;
• Formulate to his superiors the findings, causes and recommendations, following the various checks carried out;
• Monitor the implementation of the recommendations made by the concerned / stakeholders.

PROFILE

• Holder of a Baccalaureate + 3 in Audit and Management Control
• Have 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Be result oriented;
• Have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel, Power Point….
• Organized and rigorous, dynamic, methodical and motivated;
