MANÉ GROUP, is a Cameroonian company offering several services in various fields.

FOR SERVICE REQUIREMENTS, WE RECRUIT:

 

(01)  A Human Resources Manager

• Missions :

–        Set up, in collaboration with the CFO, the HR policy of the structure;

–        Participate in various HR projects (training, remuneration etc.);

–        Manage employment contracts;

–        Manage the recruitment process from A to Z;

–        Manage and develop individual and collective skills;

–        Create a good atmosphere within the company;

–        Design and set up a social report of the structure;

–        All other human resources tasks.

 

–        Develop and increase the customer portfolio.

• Requirements :

–        Hold a certificate or a BAC +3 in human resources;

–        Have at least 02 years of experience in a similar position;

–        Bilingualism (asset);

–        Master Cameroonian labor law;

–        Have a positive attitude, be organized and have a creative mind;

–        Being able to work under pressure and subject to the achievement of objectives;

–        Demonstrate humility and   temperance;
